Terms of Service
Draft — this text is being reviewed and is not yet in effect.
Who we are
PersonalizedToon (personalizedtoon.com) is operated by Colorverse LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@personalizedtoon.com.
The service
You choose a cartoon artwork from our catalog, describe changes to one part at a time (for example "make Mom's hair blonde"), and an AI model produces a preview. You review every preview and keep it or discard it. You can then order the artwork printed on a product.
AI edits
Edits are made by AI and may not match your request exactly. The preview you accept is what we print. Review it carefully before you order.
Your requests
You must be 18 or older to create an account and order. Do not ask for hateful, sexual, violent or unlawful content, other people's trademarks or characters, or the likeness of a real person without their permission. We may refuse or stop any request.
Ownership
The catalog artwork remains ours. When you order, you receive the printed product for personal use. You may not resell the artwork or use it commercially.
Orders and payment
Orders, payment and shipping are handled through our store platform at checkout. Prices and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. See the Refund Policy for problems with an order.
Accounts
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute about them is decided by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the consumer laws where you live, and nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights. If something goes wrong, please email support@personalizedtoon.com first: most problems are solved within a few days.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date of the terms in effect are shown on this page.
