Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. If your address is outside the United States, you cannot place an order.
Shipping cost
Shipping depends on the value of the goods in your order:
- Up to $29.99: $6.99
- $30 to $49.99: $8.99
- $50 to $99.99: $11.99
- $100 and over: $14.99
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long delivery takes
We estimate delivery in 4 to 10 business days after you order. A business day is Monday to Friday, not counting US public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer around busy holidays or when a carrier is delayed.
Made to order
Every product is printed to order. Once printing starts we cannot change or cancel an order, including the design, so please check the preview and the shipping address before you pay.
Check your address
Please check your name and shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address after printing starts. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again at the cost of the new shipping.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel is past its estimated delivery date, contact us at support@personalizedtoon.com. We will treat the parcel as lost and send a free replacement or give you a full refund (see the Refund Policy).
Buying more than one
Buy 2 or more items and save 10%; buy 4 or more and save 15%. The discount is applied at checkout.
